What does it mean on the Simply Book Me booking site by “1 hr. / 5 sessions” or “30 mins. / 5 sessions”
It means that you are booking a weekly format. For example when you book on the Monday for August 19th at 2pm you are reserving the rest of that week at 2pm (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri)
How do I pay?
To pay, I gratefully accept payment through e-transfer, cheques, or cash prior to the first lesson.
Is there a washroom available for use?
Yes, there is a washroom available for usage
Is there a shaded place for me to stay during my child’s lesson?
Yes, there are many shaded spots for you and other family members to sit
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, there is Wi-Fi available for use
Where do we go when we arrive?
When you arrive, please come up the path on the East side of the driveway to the wooden gate. Kindly wait until I come and get you a couple of minutes before the lesson begins.
What happens if the weather becomes unsafe during my child’s lesson?
If the weather becomes unsafe during your child’s lesson and the majority of your lesson is cancelled, the lesson will be rescheduled to the best of my ability.
Where do I park?
Please park on the road in front of my house (there is parking on the north side)
Do I have to stay for the lesson?
No, staying for your child’s lesson is optional
Will you travel to my pool?
Unfortunately, I am not offering lessons at other locations this summer
How early should I arrive to my lesson?
A couple of minutes before your lessons begins I will meet you at the side gate
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes, however please don’t bring glass and ensure food is fully cleaned up afterwards
How do I tell you more about my child/customize the lesson?
Closer to your child’s lesson, I will send out a form for you to share more about your swimmer and work together to customize the lesson
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within three weeks of your lesson start date, a cancellation fee will apply.
– 3 weeks before or earlier: No fee
– Within 3 weeks: 15% cancellation fee
– Within 2 weeks: 25% cancellation fee
– Within 1 week: 50% cancellation fee
The cancellation fee is due immediately upon cancellation.
